The Business Administrator occupation is a diverse role offering highly transferrable skills that can be applied in all industries. The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.


 

Individual training plans will be discussed and agreed with the individual and employer.

Duration & Delivery

Typically a duration of 12-18 months, the course is delivered through blended learning approaches to include classroom, virtual classroom, online technical training and through regular workplace projects and observations.

Structured group training usually takes place bi-weekly with a 1:1 coaching session every 4-6 weeks, unless an alternative approach and schedule is agreed with the employer.

Entry Requirements

Individual employers will set the entry criteria. Level 2 English and Maths must be achieved, prior to taking the end-point assessment.
