The Customer Service Specialist occupation is required to deal with customer queries, purchases and complaints, applicable to a range of different industries.


Individual training plans will be discussed and agreed with the individual and employer.

Duration & Delivery

Over 15 Months, the course is delivered through blended learning approaches to include classroom, virtual classroom, online training and through regular workplace projects and observations.

Structured group training usually takes place bi-weekly with a 1:1 coaching session every 4-6 weeks, unless an alternative approach and schedule has been agreed with the employer.

Entry Requirements

Individual employers will set the entry criteria. Level 2 English and Maths must be achieved, prior to taking the end-point assessment.
