The IT Technical Salesperson occupation is required to sell technical products and services, such as data storage and cloud services, for a company to existing clients and they may also be required to approach potential customers, with the aim of winning new business.
Individual training plans will be discussed and agreed with the individual and employer.
Duration & Delivery
Over 13 Months, the course is delivered through blended learning approaches to include classroom, virtual classroom, online training and through regular workplace projects and observations.
Structured group training usually takes place bi-weekly with a 1:1 coaching session every 4-6 weeks, unless an alternative approach and schedule has been agreed with the employer.
Entry Requirements
Individual employers will set the entry criteria. Level 2 English and Maths must be achieved, prior to taking the end-point assessment.
