The Service Desk provides a single point of contact to our client base. Phone calls, emails and alerts from our sophisticated monitoring systems are logged by the Service Desk Analyst in the Incidents Management Systems and managed through to successful resolution. The role will mainly require liaising directly with our clients to support Managed Services including operating system, applications, desktops, peripheral and infrastructure network & telephone systems.

The successful candidate will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with all contacts, always striving to find solutions which best fit the individual needs of the client. They will also aid internal departments by the collection of information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting the processing and analysis of client data and identifying industry trends.
