Technical Support Apprentice (Wendover) – £15K
The apprentice’s primary role is to provide excellent customer service and to liaise directly with customers on the phone and via a helpdesk portal, to support a range of managed IT solutions to include bespoke software, operating systems, applications, desktops, peripherals, network infrastructure & telephone systems. Where a first line fix cannot be provided, the apprentice will escalate to relevant colleagues to ensure the successful resolution within the agreed timeframes.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer and problem solving skills to provide excellent customer satisfaction.
