At iSales Academy, we are committed to supporting our local community ever any way that we can. We work on community projects, fundraise for local charities and enjoy supporting schools and colleges however possible. This has been done in a variety of different formats over the years.
Schools
We attend careers events to reach out to students in the local community. Our aim is to inform them of all the benefits of doing an apprenticeship once leaving full time education. we want to show students that an apprenticeship is a credible alternative to going to university, earn while you learn!
Charity
As a team, we know the importance of supporting local charities, especially those whose mission aligns with what we stand for. We volunteer our time to support ongoing initiatives and organise fundraising events. We encourage all of our apprentices to get involved in whatever capacity is possible for them, whether that be organise their own event, join in on fundraising or volunteer to doing something crazy – anything to support the charities in our community.
Local Programmes
We work closely with many local authorities to not only help spread the word about apprenticeships at networking, webinars and events, but to also provide bespoke training usually funded through local programmes.
