In a partnership between the Watford MP, the Watford & West Herts Chamber of Commerce, Wellspring Church and local mental health champion Cllr Rabi Martins, we are proud to be part of the mission to help train 1000 people in Mental Health First Aid Awareness. The team at iSales Academy have already provided this training to over 100 people across Hertfordshire!
The training programme covers:
Module 1 – MHFAA Training programme introduction
Module 2 – What is first aid for mental health?
Module 3 – Identifying mental health conditions
Module 4 – Providing advice & starting a conversation
Module 5 – How to recognise and manage stress
Module 6 – Different mental health conditions
Module 7 – Final assessment and course closure
