The Team Leader occupation is a first line management role, with operational and project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome. They provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals.

Primary Duties


Individual training plans will be discussed and agreed with the individual and employer.

Duration & Delivery

Over 13 Months, the course is delivered through blended learning approaches to include classroom, virtual classroom, online training and through regular workplace projects and observations. Structured group training takes place bi-monthly with a 1:1 coaching session every 4-6 weeks.

Entry Requirements

Individual employers will set the entry criteria. Level 2 English and Maths must be achieved, prior to taking the end-point assessment.
