Inclusivity Statement
iSales Academy is committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every learner, apprentice, employer partner, and member of our team is valued, respected, and supported to succeed.
Our Commitment
We believe that diversity strengthens our provision and enriches the learning experience for all. We are dedicated to removing barriers to participation and achievement, ensuring that apprentices from all backgrounds can access high-quality training and reach their full potential.
How we Embed Inclusion
In our curriculum and delivery, we design programmes that are accessible and responsive to individual needs. Our teaching methods, resources, and assessments are regularly reviewed to ensure they meet the diverse requirements of our learners, including those with SEND, learning difficulties, or other support needs.
In our culture, we foster an environment built on mutual respect, where different perspectives and experiences are welcomed. We actively challenge discrimination and promote understanding across our community of learners, employers, and staff.
In our practice, we:
- Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify individual learning needs and preferences
- Provide reasonable adjustments and tailored support throughout each apprentice’s journey
- Ensure our digital platforms and learning materials meet accessibility standards
- Deliver training for all staff on inclusive practice and unconscious bias
- Regularly gather feedback from apprentices and employers to continuously improve our approach
- Monitor participation, progress, and outcomes across different learner groups to identify and address any gaps
In our partnerships, we work collaboratively with employers to promote inclusive workplace cultures and ensure apprentices receive consistent support both on and off the job. We recognise that inclusion is an ongoing commitment, not a fixed destination. We regularly evaluate our policies and practices against current expectations, including the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework, to ensure we are meeting the needs of all learners and driving continuous improvement.
